Feedback Coaching - Becoming An Architect for Change
Engaged employees create engaged customers who impact the bottom line.

This two hour workshop, "Feedback Coaching: Becoming An Architect for Change" helps managers learn how to better provide focused and helpful feedback to create positive future changes and addresses four key issues:

  • Overcoming the fear and frustration of giving feedback
  • Setting up environments where recipients become active in the feedback session
  • The importance of clarifying the outcomes of feedback
  • Ensuring that the employee understands and commits to an action plan based on agreed upon information from feedback
  • Encouraging employee engagement

This workshop is a combination of didactic and experiential learning for up to 15 people. It contains customized role plays and scenarios designed to help attendees understand where they are comfortable and where they are stuck in giving good feedback. There is ample time to role play and practice. Each student receives supportive material for the workshop, and a Feedback Coaching Checklist for future effective feedback needs.

Follow up coaching sessions can be made available to those managers who may desire or require more focused help in feedback challenges.
