About Sense-Able Strategies
Coaching PhilosophyHer coaching philosophy supports the idea of the ripple effect. Everything an executive does and every word that is said has impact on others and on the organization, which creates a ripple, touching ever widening circles. She also knows that when leaders bring out the best in others, they bring out the best in themselves. For over 25 years, Judy has coached senior leaders in effective communication so that they can influence and impact others in the most productive ways. With her unique one on one coaching style, combining her experience in writing, acting and teaching, Judy has helped thousands of executives become more confident and competent in their roles. As a story telling coach, she teaches executives in transition how to highlight their value in quick and memorable ways; by telling their own value-based stories. In today's tough and turbulent times, Judy has a methodology that helps executives move quickly into the memories of interviewers, to distinguish themselves from the competition. Leadership DevelopmentLearning how to communicate as a leader is the bedrock of any team or partnership, and Judy has been helping leaders learn how to tell their stories in ways that inspire others and motivate teams to improved performance. Assisting in communication development, Judy writes an interviewing column for Execunet.com, a national networking association for senior executives and has hosted highly-acclaimed networking meetings in New York City, for over 16 years. Executives who attend her meetings continually expand their visibility and viability, while making new contacts with senior level people like themselves. Judy is a faculty member of New York University's School of Continuing Professional Studies, where she teaches Presentation Skills at the Shack Institute of Real Estate. She also teaches at Baruch College and Hofstra University.
